A menu is a named list of links your website asks for by name — usually one for the header and one for the footer.
Add a link, give it a label and an address, and use the arrows to move it up or down. Sub-link nests one underneath another for a dropdown. The Open in a new tab checkbox does what it says, and is worth ticking for links leaving your site.
