Finding things again
Searching, filtering by state, and working through a long list.
Every content list has a search box that matches titles, and a dropdown that filters by state — so show me everything still in draft is two clicks.
The big search box along the top of every screen is different: it searches across everything at once, including your pictures. Use the list search when you know what kind of thing you want; use the top one when you do not.
Doing several at once
Select more than one entry using the checkboxes and you can publish, unpublish, archive or bin the lot in one go.
Each one is still checked on its own, and if one of them cannot be published — because it is missing something required — you are told which. The rest still go. A bulk action never half-fails silently.
